“I could not have been happier with the incredible dinner Rowen cooked for my 50th Birthday. He followed my preferences to the letter, sourcing local ingredients and majoring on fish - my favourite. The canapés served during drinks were a taste explosion! Layers of flavour making each mouthful a complex journey. The dinner that followed was outstanding, with homemade breads that melted in the mouth, delightful monkfish tail in a refreshing broth and a pistachio soufflé that more than rose to the occasion!
